Dr. Scott Powell is a fellowship-trained and board-certified orthopedic surgeon with offices in Burbank and Santa Monica, California. He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine as well as American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, United Cerebral Palsy and MusiCares, the charity arm of the GRAMMYs.

Served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of United Cerebral Palsy.
Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and is currently a member of the Sports Medicine/Arthroscopy Program Subcommittee.

Dr. Powell has completed over 15,000 surgeries in his career and has taught surgical techniques on six continents.
